Driver's Age
In the most countries the minimum age for the renter must be between 21 and 25, depending of the car category. In addition some times there is and maximum age, which is about 75. In some countries, for younger drivers there is the availability for rent a car under a fee. Details per country and car group you may see at the local terms and conditions.

Driving License
Drivers must have the driving license at least for 1 year and a valid passport or ID when collecting the car, which will be asked when they rent a car. In a few countries and for specific car categories it is needed the driving license to be held at least for 2 or 3 years. Vehicles

Rental Period

There is an hour grace which is valid only while booking the car, any extra delay will be charged as extra day.

Rent a Car Rates

Reservations that have already been confirmed will be served with the confirmed rates.

Out of Hours
In all locations there is the possibility for a delivery out of office hours. Usually is charged additional and paid locally. The charge differs per rent a car supplier and you can be informed in the local terms and conditions.
In case that your flight or ferry will delay and you will arrive out of office's hour, it is possible to be asked to you the additional charge by the rent a car company.
Mechanical Problems
Any mechanical problem you may face with your car you have to report it immediately to rent a car company, whose telephone numbers are on your rent a car contract and on your rent a car voucher. In case is required phone the road assistance.

Delivery Hotels
If you require your car at your hotel, you have to inform us the name of the hotel and a contact telephone number. At many locations there is the possibility to rent a car company to deliver your car at your hotel. Usually when your hotel is close to a branch office there is no extra charge. In case your accommodation is too far, may be an extra charge depending of the distance. You may be totally informed in the local terms and conditions.

One Way Rental

Personal Information
We will ask from you a few personal information, such as name, mobile phone, country. It will be for your convenience, offering to you a better rent a car service. We will inform the rent a car company only with the absolute required data.

Amendments
After your confirmation you may change your plans, usually the air companies inform for schedule change. Amendments Safety
You are available to change your reservation. At this situation you will be charged 3 euro, each time you amend your reservation. In case you would like to avoid this charge, you may click at the amendment safety box before your request and you have the possibility for unlimited amendments with 2 euro.

Extensions
During your holidays, you may change your plans and decide that you prefer to keep your car more. At this situation it would be better for you to log in at our rent a car web site and ask for this kind of amendment. We will ask from the rent a car company for an extension. Be careful, a deal direct with the rent a car company may be charged higher than our rent a car web site.

Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your booking. When this will happen, first of all you have to log in and cancel your booking. Remind we do not cancel bookings through telephone. When you cancel your reservation, the amount which you have been charged as deposit will be refunded. The total refundable amount depends of the period of cancellation. Our cancellation policy is based at the release period. If you cancel your booking more than 15 days of your arriving the total amount will be refunded. If you cancel between 14 and 8 days, we will refund to you the 50% and if you cancel between 7-1 days there is no refundable amount, because the rent a car company has already scheduled your arrival. In case you interested in avoiding this charge, please read carefully the cancellation safety.

Cancellation Safety
You may choose the cancellation safety before your booking with an extra charge of 2 euro. At this situation you have the possibility to cancel your reservation 3 days before your arrival and the total amount of deposit will be refunded to you.

No Show Customers
When you have booked a car and you will not arrive and you will not inform us for any amendments at your rent a car schedule. There is no refund for the deposit charge and the rent a car supplier has the right to ask money from 1 day until the whole rental. We suggest you to inform immediately for any amendment, as a result to avoid these problems.

Refund Money
When we have agreed to refund money to you, we have been specific at the exact amount. This amount is always in euro, so not be surprised if you probably see a small difference with your country currency. In addition, usually our rent a car program needs 2 with 3 working days to confirm refunds.

Administration Fee
Administration fee is charged for each booking after our rent a car supplier confirmation and is always 2 euro. This amount is not refundable at each situation. In case you amend your booking, you will not be charged again with the administration fee.

Border Exit
At the most countries the border exit is not allowed by the rent a car supplier. In case you would like to drive a way from the country's border you have to ask the rent a car company. Maybe will be asked an extra insurance for this, but do not try to do it without the rent a car permission.

Insurances

If you join in our club, you will have the chance of our special offers for rent a car and you will enjoy the advantages of our point system. Our point system is based at your reservations, for each 5 reservations you have extra 10% discount for the 6th reservation and the possibility of a free upgrade. The 10% discount of our members is extra of the discount for the online reservations and is calculated automatically of our rent a car program.

Fuel Policy
The fuel policy depends on our rent a car suppliers, usually they ask the same fuel to be returned. Please be aware when you return the car empty of fuel, you will be charged more than the normal price. In addition, for some of our rent a car suppliers, you may return the car tank empty simply paying the market price of the missing petrol/gasoline on delivery. This can be convenient for destinations where you travel long distances.


Black List
RENTACAREASY has created a black list for the rent a car suppliers but also for the customers. In case that a rent a car company unreasonable left the customer unsatisfied, immediately compete-rentacar.com will punish by loading in the black list. At this situation, we decide the period of punishment or to load off this rent a car company from our program.
The black list for the customers is based for customers who are disrespect to us and our rent a car suppliers, they were rude or drove drank. When a customer is loaded in black list, there will be no chance to rent a car from us again. In addition, the customer will be in black list for all the group of our companies.

In Case of Accident
If you will be at the unpleasant situation of a car accident, first of all try to be calm and remember that the panic is not helpful. If anyone is injured try to help them and call the ambulance.
